When should I order?

A: Orders should be placed at least

one day in advance.

How many people do your cakes feed?

A: ONE KG cake feeds approximately 15 PEOPLES

How long does a cake stay fresh?

A: As a general rule, our cakes stay fresh at SIX DEGREE temperature up to THREE DAYS.

Should I refrigerate my cake?

A: We do not recommend refrigerating the cakes; it seems to dry them out.

What can I expect at my consultation?

A: During cake consultations, clients collaborate one-on-one with an experienced cake consultant who will help create and design your vision into the perfect cake for any special occasion.

Customers will also sample a variety of our carefully paired cake samples selected by CHEF KK himself!

What should I bring with me?

A: We recommend that you bring inspirational pieces to assist in making your vision a reality.

How far in advance do I need to place my cake order?

A: For standard cakes, contact your local bakery at any time. While we request that orders are placed a week in advance, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to accommodate your order. If you’re placing a custom cake order, we require two week’s notification. For specific inquiries, please contact 8000180018

How do I order a cake?

A: First, we recommend viewing our cake galleries for inspiration! Please make note of the selected cake design and number and call our cake consultation department at 8000180018 during our business hours. If the cake you are looking to purchase requires special customization, please book a consultation at one of our locations.

Please keep in mind that cakes that require a consultation must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance.

What is your store policy?

A: All food sales are final.

All payments are non-refundable and if cancelled, store credit can be issued by DESSERT DEN Management.

Payment for Custom orders must be paid 2 weeks in advance.

Any cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance and will result in a Store Credit ONLY.

Alterations to orders will be at the discretion of DESSERT DEN Management to issue store credit.

Can I stop in for a consultation?

A: If a client would like to have a consultation at our avadh road cake factory, an appointment is required. Please visit our consultation booking page or contact us at 8000180018 to schedule one today!

All clients are also welcome to stop by one of our retail locations to inquire about a cake without an appointment. If upon arrival it is determined that your cake requires more customization, an appointment will be scheduled with one of our cake consultants at your preferred location.

Will CHEF KK be at the consultation?

A: We cannot guarantee that KK will be present at the time of your consultation; however, one of our cake consultants who was personally trained by CHEF KK will assist you.

What is the cost of a consultation?

A: For a limited time, we’re offering free consultations at all of our locations.

The fee for the consultation is 500, which includes a cake tasting and one-on-one design with a cake consultant. When a cake order is placed, the consultation fee is applied to the cost of your order. If an order is not placed at that time, the service is rendered with a non-refundable fee.

How can I book a consultation?

What type of services do you provide?

A: Dessert den specializes in designing and baking up cakes and desserts for every event from weddings to birthdays. If you can envision it, we can make it!

We also take pride in offering specialty items for every holiday or event. Dessert den specializes in a large variety of party favors, cookie trays and custom fondant cookies.

How will I know my order has successfully been placed?

A: Upon completion of your order, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page that confirms your order. You will separately receive a confirmation email from DESSERT DEN. If you do not see this email, Please check your JUNK or SPAM box for this message before contacting the bakery or placing your order again. YOU CAN CALL 8000180018/8000480048 ANY TIME FOR ANY QUERY.

I have allergies. How will I know which items are safe to order?

A: It should be noted that DESSERT DEN is not a nut-free environment. For details on the ingredients we work with in the bakery, please contact the location directly to speak with a team member to determine which items available can accommodate your allergies.

What if I want to change the time to pick up my order?

A: There are no returns, refunds, modifications, or cancellations. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed. However, if you must change your pick up time, please contact the store that you made the order to directly as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you within reason.
